During boot-camp sessions, Gaia Fit instructors spend 45 minutes inspiring patrons to fortify their muscles with cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises. The dynamic workouts—which are fit for beginners and seasoned athletes alike—make use of bands, medicine balls, and the participant’s own body. Tabata Burn is a method of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that helps tone muscles in a shorter period of time than a conventional workout. The Tabata format features 20 seconds of high-intensity work followed by 10 seconds of rest. The program begins on Wednesday, January 15; classes are 40 minutes and are held on Wednesdays from 7 p.m.–7:40 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m.–8:10 a.m. Like boot-camp sessions, the program is paired with a nutrition program.
