Having fun. Exercise should be fun. If it isn’t, try a different kind of activity that you enjoy. As long as you’re moving, it’s good for you.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I am passionate about Zumba exercise because it provides you with a solid foundation of proper form and technique, and helps motivate you to work at your maximum level with others.

What do you love most about your job?
Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.
