What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are the largest venue for public rental in DTLA, boasting an entire block on Central Avenue. We are a 7000sq ft venue with wall to wall windows, natural lighting, and are located upstairs on the second floor with an unobstructed view of Downtown.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our studio is actually a dance space and we donate free hours of use to the community. Teachers can reserve hours to teach their students here and they keep all profits...no donations accepted, we want you to pay it forward. Since inception, we have focused on the film industry to balance out costs.
What do you love most about your job?
I love my career as a space developer because I serve as a platform to everything creative and artistically healthy.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I've heard more than one customer say, "this is to good to be true"
