Q:

Does the all day pass include ALL games including go carts/race cars?

La'Tanya R.  asked on  May 8, 2013

A:

Hello La'Tanya! All the games in the Racing Zone can be played on this Groupon. There is one racing game in the venue called Max Tune that is not playable with this offer as it gives the player a memory card to save their progress. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Q:

I have never been to Gameworks before and it doesn't seem to list which games are exempt from this groupon deal...are you able to play the basketball game with this groupon (the one where you shot the ball into the hoop) or is that a ticket game?

Christine B.  asked on  May 8, 2013

A:

Good morning Christine! The basketball games in Schaumburg are not ticket dispensing games, so you could play these ALL DAY with your Groupon voucher if you wished! We look forward to hosting you at GameWorks!

Q:

Hello, not really certain how this works,. You pay for game pass to enter and then pay for playing games?

lisa m.  asked on  May 7, 2013

A:

Hi Lisa! There is no fee to enter GameWorks at all. We offer games, food, and a full service bar. You can choose to load a card up with credits (pricing can be found on our website), or there are time play options, such as the All Day Pass we are offering here. This pass will allow you to play all of our games for as long as you want throughout the day, with the exception of ticket, prize, photo, or memory card games. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Q:

What is the average number of credits used on each game? I am trying to decide if buying 2 of the all day passes vs an actual game card is worth it for 2 hours worth of play

cristina c.  asked on  May 6, 2013

A:

Hi Cristina: On average, our games take 4-12 credits, however, many of our games can take up to 24 credits. It's likely you could spend more than $20 to play for two hours. Please note, however, that this Groupon offer does not include redemption games. Thank You!

Q:

I have 2 kids (1 is rather young) so can I use 1 pass for both kids? How does the child get a card that they use on each of the games, or how is the pass provided at entrance?

Julie I.  asked on  May 6, 2013

A:

You would bring your Groupon voucher into Gameworks and take it to the host stand right inside the entrance. We will create an All Day game card for you at the time. You could use 1 pass but understand that the kids would not be able to play simultaneously. However, they could take turns playing games on 1 pass.

Q:

So, if the game is skee ball, which I believe provides tickets based on how many points you score, this game is not included?

Julie I.  asked on  May 6, 2013

A:

You are correct -- Skee ball is a ticket dispensing game and is not included in the Groupon All Day Pass.

Q:

I want to purchase 2 passes for my niece and nephew. Does an accompanying adult have to purchase a pass as well, or s/he can go in with them without one?

Lieko Z.  asked on  May 6, 2013

A:

An accompanying adult may go in and there is no purchase necessary. (Although the adult may find some games that they would like to play!)
