Q:

I bought five passes. One for myself and 4 for my kids as gifts. I am confused as to how I print out the passes from 'My Groupons'. What do I give to GameWorks to show proof of purchase?

Tony G.  asked on  Dec 23, 2013

A:

Tony, You should have the ability to print a voucher like any other Groupon. You should be offered that, but as a GameWorks representative, I do not have that information to walk you through the process. You will need to contact Groupon customer support.

A:

Rachel, additionally, about 70% of our games are not ticket, prize, photo, or card dispensing games. There's a lot to choose from!

Q:

Am I able to print this and use it today or does it come at a later date?

Erin S.  asked on  Dec 19, 2013

A:

Fortunately, you can use most Groupons on the same day you purchase them. However, we do occasionally have to wait to provide the business with their complete list of purchasers, which can mean you won't be able to redeem right away. If that's the case, the delay will be listed in the Fine Print and we'll remind you when you print your voucher. Hope that helps!

Q:

If my husband wants to accompany my 6 year old son so that my son can play games, does my husband need a pass for himself as well (even if he is not himself playing any games), or just my son?

Maria S.  asked on  Dec 18, 2013

A:

If your husband is not playing any games, he does not need a pass for himself. Entry into GameWorks is free.

A:

As an aside however, please keep in mind that this Groupon does not include ticket games, which is often what our younger audience likes to play.
