This first time I used groupon, and called 911 garage to make an appointment for an oil change Spoke with Rick, he gave an appointment right away for Monday April 3 for 8 AM He took me in right away, very friendly person and honest person The service was fast, answered all my question and the best part was my heat shield was damaged and he fixed it for me and did not even charge me extra I will be going back for sure, I was really impressed with the service and speed Thanks again Rick Ali
