I bought a course. Was not redeeming on the website but after some day and a couple of emails and some more days wait time they activated the course for me. I completed a course and still waiting for course certificate since one month.

1 star for the value, it's a great value and I can get multiple documents notarized at once. 2 stars for the notary service. It's a 5-Star and professional notary services. That's if anyone ever replied back to you.... I followed the steps and emailed to Gardridge to schedule for the services. It took more than a week for someone finally reached back to me. Tried everything, tried to call, no one ever answered the phone; left messages on their website chat, one one replied; sent email request directly from their website, no one replied. I bought 4 at a discounted price and used 2 already. Thinking if I should request a refund on the other 2 that I have not yet used....

I wish I could give it no stars. Don’t waste your money. I redeemed my voucher it took a month for them to send e the information to sign into the portal then I get an email that said my class would upload in 48 hours. It’s been a month and still no class. I’m reporting to the bbb and reading out to my bank to dispute these charges.
