Can I combine 2 lessons together and ride for 1 hour I will be coming from Amherst NH & it's a long drive for 1/2 hour. I use to ride years ago and I'm 54 in really good physical shape but I know riding can make the best athlete sore the next day! I've just really wanted to get back into riding and this fall would be great time to start. Thanks Melinda

Q:

I wanted to do the 6 lessons for my granddaughter, 10 years, but during a school vacation. Is that possible, say after Christmas? Or can it hold off until April. Is the age too young? Are you open during the winter? Or just in better weather.

susan c.  asked on  Sep 16, 2013

A:

You can schedule lessons whenever you'd like based on availability, but the Groupon does need to be used by the expiration date which is 180 days from the purchase date. Lessons are open to ages 4+.

Q:

30 minutes doesn't seem long enough to get instructions on how to ride and actually riding a horse. What is with the 30minutes on each lesion offered?

mary p.  asked on  Sep 14, 2013

A:

Riders learn safe, responsible horsemanship on the ground and in the saddle during lessons. Keep in mind that lessons are cumulative so you will be building on your skills each time.
