The experience was nice, the ambiance is beautiful. The only thing I didn't like is that the lady overcharged me when I had already paid for a full Valentine's experience for two. My Groupon included complimentary beverages for us and she charged me for it. I didn't mind paying for the second drinks but the first one supposed to had been complimentary. Then when I tried to explain to her that it was incorrect she told me that my package didn't include the beverages completely forgetting that in the beginning she didn't scan the Groupon that I actually had because of some issue on her device. She told me to disregard what popped up and just enjoy the experience in the beginning. But she disregarded that she scanned the wrong Groupon and in fact my beverages were free. The Valentine's couple experience includes beverages, so why was I charged $56 when I was leaving? The experience was beautiful until I felt like she swindled me out of a couple more dollars when my experience was paid for days before I even walked through the doors. I probably won't go back out of fear of being overcharged again. It's sad that people don't take the time out to listen and comprehend their own mistakes. The smile that I had the whole time there was completely gone when I left totally confused about why I paid for things that I had already paid to have anyway. Lol. That's crazy. But the fish are cute and fun though. I really enjoyed the foot detox. But I'm gonna buy one for home so I won't go out and be overcharged again.
