Personal Training sessions incorporate CrossFit movements for a well-rounded workout.
At G.A.T.A CrossFit, trainers teach their charges to master functional-movement exercises that work out all muscle groups in a single session. They use conventional and unconventional exercises such as lifting weights, swinging kettlebells, and flipping tractor tires from end to end, as well as gymnastics rings and row machines. To keep everyone motivated, they avoid the boredom of repetition by changing up the workout each day, and use positive reinforcement to keep everyone on course to achieving their goals.
