did not like waiting an hour for tickets. You need to come up with a better system. Had a great time except for that.

I think that there should not be a parking fee on top of the ticket, parking should be included in the ticket price!

I was pleasantly surprised to find the Groupon featuring ICE! Our family has enjoyed this attraction for the past several years. I noticed there was an extraordinarily long line to redeem the Groupon given the limited 2 hour window for the redemption period. Perhaps considering staggered times would be helpful or being able to print Groupon tickets from a kiosk would expedite this process in the future. Staff (specifially Micah) was extremely accommodating including acknowledging our arrival as within the designated window knowing we would not actually be through the line before the redemption window ended. Overall, a beautiful spectacle delighting our entire family. We also enjoyed the live stage performance and Polar Bear hunt. A fun family day ~ we are hopeful to see ICE! return on Groupon.

It was really too crowded for us to fully enjoy the experience. Only one set of slides was open which made it even more crowded in the slide area. I prefer the traditionally themed ICE over the Shrek theme, but the craftsmanship Is amazing & worth seeing. Parking prices are unreasonabl.

I thought I did a pretty good job of dressing warmly, but I was WAYYYYY wrong. You will have a good time at this event if you ensure you are wearing at least three layers of clothing, including socks, as it is only 9 degrees!!!! Trust me, when the cold hits you, you want to be overdressed rather than uder. The parka they provide is a MUST!

The Shreck theme was awsome and there was alot to do - But it was very disappointing waiting in line for an hour to exchange our groupon paper work for the actual tickets. They knew how many tickets were sold so that should have gave them an idea of how many people were coming, It would have been nice if there have been more ticket windows to exchange our groupon paper work , there was only 3 people working to exchange coupons for tickets. An hour wait with kids is too long.

In preparation for the Christmas at Gaylord Palms celebration, ice artisans transform the resort into a winter wonderland, carving two million pounds of ice into vibrant ice sculptures, colorful Shrek-themed ice statues, and towering icy slides. Three types of ice—clear, white, and colored—flank the attraction’s carpeted walkways, sculpted into 30-foot ice slides and beloved characters from Shrek the Halls, including Fiona, Puss in Boots, Donkey, and the jovial green ogre himself. The team of 40 sculptors hails from the snow-swept Harbin, China, where for 500 years villagers have hung ice lanterns to guide hunters through the dark and keep snow angels warm. As families wander through the whimsical village’s colorful paths, they marvel at the detailed handiwork of the holiday-themed scenes. Chilled to a frosty 9 degrees, the festive space coaxes shivers alongside squeals of delight from families and imported snowmen hiding in utility closets. To keep bodies warm and cozy, the exhibit provides hooded coats in all sizes, though visitors are encouraged to don appropriate clothing, including closed-toe shoes and long pants.

On some dates, ICE! offers discounted tickets for military members, first responders, and educators, so buyers should plan ahead to get the best value.
