Jacquelyne is a consummate professional and very sweet, too. She greeted me warmly and made sure I was comfortable before the procedure. She explained everything she was going to do and talked me thru the powder brow procedure and how it works. She was very attentive and respectful of how I wanted my brows to look and made sure I was happy every step of the way. She was very meticulous and careful and the procedure was pain free and almost relaxing to the point I had to try not to fall asleep. Afterwards, she made sure I knew the post-procedure instructions so I could heal properly and even gave me a little goodie bag of care items to use to help. Her salon is beautiful with a relaxing aesthetic and has a lot of natural light and is also is stocked with some amazing body care items that support a local business and that uses all natural ingredients. I more than highly recommend Jacquelyne and am very happy I found her and her salon.
