AMAZING JOB FROM START TO FINISH
Antonio was very kind, and explained everything in detail upon setting up the appointment. John the technician did the best job we've ever had. Our carpets look and feel amazing, and were dry in 5 hours. Almost every stain came out aside from 2 long time urine stains that had been there for several years, but even those looked better than previous cleaners we've used in the past. I watched the technician do an extremely thorough cleaning, this guy worked very hard, and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. I did have to pay an additional for deep cleaning as the groupon only covered a basic cleaning, but this didn't come as a surprise to me, as the owner had previously explained this over the phone. All in all fantastic service, a better price and cleaning then previous companies I've used in the past, will definitely be using these guys again.

I hired Genesis to clean my Carpet, which looks like New again. While they were there, the owner told me they can help out with my stone floors and I posted some pictures so everyone can see their work. Genesis Carpet Care team is incredible. They managed to get out stains that are previous cleaners Said we’re permanent. If you need anyone to clean your Carpet or your natural stone Call Genesis and ask for Antonio. He has great customer service and is a true Service professional. Thank you Antonio. Now my floor is will look amazing for when my family comes to visit for the holidays.
