Filling out new client firms was efficient and easy. Waiting area was clean and we were taken in for our appointment on time. Service room was clean and the X-ray technician was professional and friendly. Dr. Kim was gentle and took the time to explain my dental exam results so I understood. I require a deep cleaning so I didn’t get the routine cleaning. I’ll be back for the deep cleaning soon though. I get so nervous going to the dentist but everyone at Genesis put me at ease!
