The carpet came out spotless. However, I ended up paying twice the amount after a driving fee 30 (because outside service zip code) and a 20$ “extra work fee” even though the square footage covered is 1/4 what the groupon covers. It was explained on the phone what is expected on arrival in terms of logistics.
