Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

Can insurance still be used against the $2799?

Sheila S.  asked on  Dec 18, 2012

A:

Groupon is unable to accept insurance payments towards the $2799. You have two choices for applying your dental insurance. 1. Purchase the Groupon deal and our office will help you submit a claim for reimbursement or 2. Our office will honor the $2799 fee and accept your insurance payment. You would just be responsible for the difference. For example, if you have a $2000 orthodontic benefit, you would pay our office $799.00 and we would accept your insurance payment for the balance.

More Questions and Answers

Q:

how long it gonna take all the procedure? approximately

Martin  asked on  Dec 19, 2012

A:

Average case time for Invisalign is 9 to 12 months. However, each case is different. Your treatment may be longer or shorter depending on how much movement is needed. I would recommend scheduling a consultation with our office to better determine your case time. Thank you for your question.

Q:

I have been told I am not a great candidate for Invisalign braces because I have large spaces to fill. If I purchase this GroupOn would I be able to do traditional ceramic braces instead of Invisalign if you determine Invisalign not to be the best choice for me? ~ Thanks!

Thank you for your question!! I would recommend scheduling a Free consultation prior to purchasing this deal to see if you are a candidate. Dr Sadre has been able to do some amazing things with Invisalign. If it turns out, however, that maybe Invisalign is not the best option for you, we can help point you in the right direction. Please give our office a call to set up your appointment. Thank you again!!

Q:

Does the 2,799 have to be paid up front or can it be made in payments? If it can be made in payments, what are a ballpark estimates of how much a month it would be and in how many installments.

Armando M.  asked on  Dec 18, 2012

A:

Groupon is unable to accept payment arrangements for this deal. However, our office will honor the $2799 fee and accept payments. We have a few options depending on your budget. By far, our most popular option is to pay with CareCredit. CareCredit, a GE Financial company, has two repayment programs: 1. 24 month with 0% interest, payments would be $117 per month or 2. 60 month with 14.9% interest, payments would be $66 per month. If CareCredit was not a good option for you, we can also set up automatic payments directly with our office. We ask for 20% down ($560) and payments can be made over 6 months ($383) or 12 months ($205). This option does have a finance charge associated with it, which is included in the month payments quoted.

Q:

It says retainers are included... is that plastic or permanently installed behind the teeth?? (how much extra for permanent retainers, if applicable) How often are visits/check-ups required? Thanks

Eric G.  asked on  Dec 16, 2012

A:

Our preferred retainer is a wire retainer. These are particularly nice because we can adjust them if necessary. Dr Sadre is not a big fan of fixed retainers because they can be difficult to clean around, leading to other dental problems. We can, however, make you any type of retainer you would like at no additional charge. Most Invisalign patients come in for check ups every 6 weeks. There are times we may wish to see you more often or extend times between visits. Invisalign check appointments are usually 15 minutes or less after the initial visit. Thank you very much for your questions!!
