I had an eye exam last week and I went through an online place and purchased new designer frames. I need only lenses. Will that work with this Groupon? If not, why not?

Hi Janice! This Groupon can also be applied toward a regular eye exam ($80) with the remaining $120 of the Groupon value going toward frames and lenses. This cannot be used towards contacts.

A:

The regular exam includes a basic refraction, and many tests which include tonometry, acuity evaluation, evaluation of visual fields, slit lamp evaluation, and all normal testing involved in assessing visual health and acuities.

Q:

I understand that contact lenses cannot be purchased, but will this cover an exam that would tell you the perscription for both glasses and contacts?

A:

No, but the more extensive exam can be added on for an additional fee. An established patient within one of our offices pays $25.00 additional for the contact lens evaluation, a new patient who is a current contact lens wearer pays $50.00 additional and a patient completely new to contact lenses pays an additional $80.00.
