About Get Fit Canada Boot Camp
Get Fit Canada Boot Camp builds muscle mass and confidence through a combination of strength training movements and cardio exercises. Camps are lead by certified personal trainer Jenn Milne-Duddy, who helps trainees build lean muscle and burn fat rapidly in a team-like atmosphere. To further increase the chances of reaching fitness goals, camps are held in outdoor settings that most students find to be less intimidating than typical workout destinations such as the gym or the frozen turkey aisle.
