How often are the personal sessions (1-2 weeks)? Is the program designed for a 4 or 6 weeks? Are the nutrition sessions as a group or individual?

Hi Celene! Our complete training program for women offers small group training sessions 6 days at week at all locations, and-depending on the individual and goals- we can recommend workouts between 2-5 days a week. Nutrition sessions as part of this groupon are one-on-one though many locations offer group nutrition seminars as part of ongoing education for clients. Thanks for your interest!
