About Get Inspired Flight

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We offer people the opportunity to discover their "inner pilot" in a learning experience over beautiful mountain scenery. From shorter Discovery Flights to more detailed Introduction Flights, our students get to pilot the airplane with the instructor to "try it on for size". Our love of & passion for flying, our amazing aircraft with great visibility, and our genuine desire to share aviation and inspire people of all ages & backgrounds to get up in the air put us above the rest!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We both always wanted to break free of the ground, and finally learned how to fly together in 2008. As we started sharing flying with friends & family, we found it very satisfying and gratifying to watch firsthand someone discover the thrill of flight and to be a part of that amazing experience. Flying and teaching feed our souls and are a great way for us to enrich people's lives, and thus was born Get Inspired Flight.

What do you love most about your job?

We love to see the smiles on our students' faces and love to hear back from them that we've made a difference in their lives. It's fulfilling to know that we've given them experiences that they'll remember forever. Of course, the breathtaking views around and below us through the "office window" are amazing, too! :-)

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Every smile makes it all worthwhile, but to have a student write after a flight to say that "memories were made" or "I will remember for the rest of my life" or "I am inspired indeed" puts us over the moon.
