At Get it Done Fitness, Jose Lara and his team of trainers translate their wealth of exercise and physiological knowledge into pulse-hiking, muscle-building workouts. These may take the form of cardio kickboxing classes, or group bootcamps that incorporate heavy bags, jump ropes, free weights, and other muscle-confusing workouts. Get it Done also hosts one-on-one training sessions, and well as nutritional counseling services that help client establish healthy eating habits and determine once and for all whether or not ketchup belongs on a hot dog.
