Q:

I have had 3 vien treatmenst on my face 2 back in 2004 & one 8 mounths ago. The first time the viens didn't come back for about one year, but the 2nd time they came back in 3 days, so how long do you guarantee your work for?

Karen K.  asked on  Dec 9, 2012

A:

We can't guarantee any length of time-- this kind of result varies greatly from person to person. Facial veins can reappear after time, and the amount of time it takes can depend on the strength of the 'zap' and the different tendencies your body may have. If you'd like to come in for a free consult, we'd be happy to meet with you first.

Q:

does one treatmen for the legs cover all veins on both legs? can the facial treatment be used to treat red spots on the upper neck, under the jaw line?

Ronda I.  asked on  Dec 8, 2012

A:

Thanks for your interest. For specific treatment questions, feel free to call directly at 612-627-9999.

Andy C.  from  Groupon  replied on  Dec 8, 2012

A:

The groupon for leg veins covers one 60-minute appointment, which almost always covers all veins on both legs. The groupon for the facial veins covers one 30-minute appointment, and we'd be happy to treat those areas-- but it's important to note that red spots are not always 'lazeable'. Spots or dots can be made up of a number of things, some of which can be lazed, and some don't react.

Q:

I have a large vein on my left thigh I was scheduled to have sclerotherapy on. Would this treatment be as affective?

Andy C.  from  Groupon  replied on  Dec 8, 2012

A:

It is possible, but hard to determine without seeing it. Generally, veins that can be treated with sclerotherapy can also be treated with a laser.
