- Halo-Lounge (1 credit)- Clients relax in a zero gravity chair during this 45 minute halotherapy treatment. We also have a Halo-Lounge with 2 zero gravity chairs and a table/chairs for activities.
- HaloIR Sauna (1 credit) - Clients relax in a private infrared sauna booth and enjoy a 45 minute far infrared sauna treatment with an optional halotherapy treatment during the first 25 minutes of the infrared treatment.
- Full Spectrum IR & Red Light Therapy (1credit): Clients relax in a private full spectrum infrared sauna booth and enjoy a 40 minute infrared sauna treatment. Our Full Spectrum Booths have all 3 spectrums of infrared light: near, mid and far. This option also has Red Light Therapy. Clients must be 16 years old to attend.
- Float Therapy (2 credits): Clients lay back and float for 60 minutes in a pool of water about 15" deep with about 900 pounds of Epsom salt dissolved in it. This amount of salt allows the body to completely relax every muscle without sinking in the water. It is common and safe to fall asleep in this very buoyant tub of water:)
