With Mission: Metabolism, all students must first attend a Mission: Unbreakable session ($55) in order to boost mobility, flexibility, and baditude in preparation for the intensity of standard Mission: Metabolism classes ($219). Unbreakable sessions are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:45 p.m. The three-week session is a required prerequisite, but you can decide how to schedule it: enjoy three weeks of Mission: Unbreakable followed by a standard session of Mission: Metabolism for up to seven weeks of bliss and burn, or do both simultaneously. Your three weeks of Mission: Metabolism intensive exercise will be capped with a week of active recovery time and a nutritionally minded trip to the grocer—the first step to implementing fat-burning meal plans. You'll also get a one-on-one goal-setting session with your trainer. Full-intensity Mission: Metabolism workouts are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6 a.m., 6:45 a.m., and 6 p.m. at the Bay View location and at 9 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at the Mequon locale.
Mission: Metabolism Bootcamp's 30-minute workouts are an effective way to tone torsos, boost energy, and build lean, toned muscles. After the body has been sufficiently blasted, your muscles can healthily reflect upon their fitness journey and compile a scrapbook during one week of active recovery.
