Q:

I submitted a question previously and still don't see an answer; do the sessions have to be scheduled or can I simply show up to any of the scheduled classes at any time? A previous answer said that we should go online and register at your website, but I'd like to know prior to doing that if sessions must be scheduled/if apptmt must be made. MaryAnn V

MaryAnn V.  asked on  Jun 14, 2012

A:

Just the first session has to be scheduled. After that you can roam freely

Q:

Lauren D asked a question: do these unlimited sessions need to be scheduled, or may we simply show up at one of the scheduled times? You answered that we should go to the website to register, but before I do that, I'd like to know if the sessions have to be scheduled in advance? Also, if we purchase this Groupon deal, do we then need to register on your website? MaryAnn V

Q:

Can men sign up? This seems more geared towards women. I'm interested in signing up and so is my boyfriend. Also, is there running invovled? He sustained an injury awhile ago and it is difficult for him to run.

Lisa R.  asked on  Jun 14, 2012

A:

Yes its men and women. The only running involved would be like a run in place. But we can replace that for something similar without the injury issue
