Hi ~ I'm 53 and have not worked out, of any kind, in well over a year. Am I bitting off more than I can chew so to speak? I am REALLY out of shape.

I wanted to answer Caryn and Robyn and anyone else who has a question about fitness levels. We have a very large group at the workouts and the ability levels are all over the place. We have complete novice exercisers all the way up to fit athletes who participate in our Red Rocks Boot Camp. While it is one heck of a good workout, you can go at your own pace and take breaks when appropriate. No one ever holds the group back and when we are on the move, we always regroup. Some people will take a long break in the middle of the workout or just stay for part of the session until the get stronger. The one universal limiter that I would tell people to hold off before coming is if you experience knee pain while going up stairs (or bleachers). That is not the type of pain you want to push through. We do have several people who purchased this offer and are going to get started with us in our DTC studio before coming to their first boot camp so that they can safely ramp up their fitness level first.
