gfJules was born out of necessity when founder Jules Shepard was diagnosed with celiac disease in 1999. This pizza dough is the best I've ever tasted. It is a little labor intensive, but completely worth it. I am the only celiac in the house, but the whole family looks forward to this weekend treat. We make it an event where we all work together to make two to four pizzas, and then we freeze the leftovers for fabulous lunches.
