Item shipped was supposed to be a dozen glasses only 11 came. otherwise everything was perfect. quality was real good. shipping- came to me in a reasonable amount of time. price good. If it wasn't for the missing glass I would of said whole experience was excellent . Denis T.

There was one defective glass in the case. The logo was printed on the wrong side of the glass over the raised embossment.
