This AC works perfectly! My husband and I bought a similar Hisense unit last summer for our master bedroom. The only difference is that ours is 14,000 BTU and this one is 12,000. I am a big fan of refurbished products and own a handful without ever having been let down yet. This little thing cools

Works great! Look just like the pic. Easy set up easy empty. 3hr time my basement went from 86% humidity to 62% and after 3 days it’s at 51%. My house was empty for 2 years with over grown tree not letting sun dry up so deff workin great!
