The TV's native refresh rate is 60 Hz. "Smooth Motion 120Hz" is the name for a picture enhancement feature that gives the effective appearance of 120Hz.

It has channel up/down, volume up/down, menu, input, and power buttons on the TV itself. LED TVs are a type of LCD TV technology. LED TVs have LCD screens, but LED (light-emitting diode) backlighting.
