Q:

What is the stick resistant interior made of? Is it a natural substance? I am assuming the interior is not stainless steel if your description states that it has a stick resistant interior?

Ash  asked on  Feb 26, 2014

A:

It’s the stainless steel polish that makes it stick resistant. It’s not 100% non-stick.

Since the silicone bottom option is not available, do the above bowls sit on their own or do they wobble when placed on a flat surface and have to be held when mixing.
