More Questions and Answers

Q:

You state if you want two different sizes, you have to do two separate orders. If I do two separate orders, does that mean I have to pay postage fro each order -- whereas if you buy 2 the same size, the shipping is free?

ANNE N.  asked on  Apr 26, 2013

A:

You would need to purchase different options in separate transactions. A $2.99 shipping fee would apply per option if under $15 for that option. We're very sorry for any inconvenience!

We suggest consulting your doctor to see if these would be recommended for you. If you wear a women's 7, you should purchase a size small.

Q:

Do these help someone with planters facilities?

ray B.  asked on  Apr 25, 2013

A:

Unfortunately, I'm not entirely sure I understand your question. However, I do believe that you are referring to plantar fasciitis. If so, here is your answer:

It may somewhat decrease the pain associated with planatar fasciitis, but a customized foot orthotic would be more effective.

Q:

I am right in between the 2 sizes for woman. If I order the larger size & cut it down, how will I know the points are lining up right on my foot where there suppose to?

Peggy M.  asked on  Apr 24, 2013

A:

My apologies for the multiple answers! You may cut the edges so that they fit in your shoe. However, choosing your size according to the size chart should still make sure that your foot is lined up correctly with the appropriate pressure points.
