Should have had directions on use. I like the product. It is as advertised and holds my phone well.

I like it. It protected my phone just fine! Even took a few snap chats under water. I did the water test and it passed. I was definitely nervous actually using it in the pool, but who wouldn't be! lol I do like this product- its easy to text with while in the case. This is perfect if your clumsy like me. Good buy, especially for the price.

The bag leaked during testing. I ordered 2 at the same time and they came days apart. I went to return the 1st bag and got a return label and was told the whole process could take up to a month for a refund. When the 2nd bag came I went to get a return label and was told I'd get an instant credit and didn't have to return the bag. So I called customer service and asked why that happened and how to make the refund happen faster on the 1st bag and was told sometimes Groupon does that, but he didn't have an explaination of why, and that I had to go through the longer process for the 1st bag if I wanted a refund. Nice. Not the best customer service on top of a bad product, and a return policy that seems flawed. Lesson learned.

It seems to work well, but when trying to close/seal it, there is a small part that has to be reattached. So it's not a quick process to use it. However, I feel that my phone is better protected from dampness.

To many parts that come apart. Complicated and time consuming!

Perfect product for me to be able to listen to my audio books at the beach without worrying about ruining my iPhone

It works great but broke after the first use. Sad face.

Haven't really been able to use it yet but it passed the underwater test by keeping a piece of paper dry. Looks like a good product.

This is a Christmas gift for my husband & I'm sure he's going to be real happy with it.

If it a lariat attached to go around the neck it would be prrfect
