Q:

I am only five feet tall. I have purchased one once before and had to send it back bc I could not change the length like at the pilates studio. Does this allow me to alter the distance?

Stephanie T.  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

I’m not 100% sure which length you are referring to, but the hand/foot straps, ropes, foot bar, headrest, and resistance can all be adjusted to accommodate most heights. The carriage starts out very close to the foot bar/rebounder, so you should have no trouble reaching.

Q:

can this model be equipped with heavy duty springs , if they were ordered separately to increase the resistance ?

john W.  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

The resistance cannot be changed to springs. If the resistance is not sufficient, I would suggest working into more advanced movements as seen in the provided DVDs. Also, purchasing a Box and Pole or Magic Circle from Stamina can increase the difficulty of the movements.

Hello, Is the resistance springs or bungee cords? Also, does the machine have different levels of resistance? Thank you.

lillian c.  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

Hi Lillian! As mentioned in the deal description, this machine comes with four elastic resistance cords. They provide four levels of workout resistance.
