I had purchased for the holidays and submitted my order with what I assumed was plenty of time (4-6 weeks). They didn't get done in time and there was basically no communication as to when I could expect to receive the product.

The cutting boards took much longer to arrive than expected, but it was December, so I understood. But one of the board's engraving is not uniform across the whole board. If I had paid more than the Groupon price I would have been more disappointed than I was. Not sure if I would use them again.
