Came in original package with charger. Might have been refurbished but great deal for the second tier MacBook

I purchased the MACBOOK BRAND NEW from Groupon. Then after 6 months the MACBOOK failed. The MACBOOK was covered under a 1 year warranty. I sent in the MACBOOK and it was within the WARRANTY period. I took note of my MACBOOK with the serial numbers. When they returned my MACBOOK it was not my MACBOOK but another one that was USED and damaged and the serial numbers did not match mine. That is how I confirmed it was not mine. I contacted METRO AGAIN! I told them that the MACBOOK I ordered from them was a NEW UN IT and NOT a USED UNIT and it was not damaged. They said to return it and prior to sending me another they would inspect it fully. My understanding was the I would get mine fixed or it would be replaced with a BRAND NEW ONE since the one I purchased was NOT USED or REFURBISHED it was BRAND NEW!!! They sent me another one that came in an "ORIGINAL BOX' and the serial numbers did not match my MACBOOK that was sent in for repair under the warranty. I opened the package and the MACBOOK again was damaged and a used LAPTOP with damage and scratches. I have contacted them twice and they have not rectified the issue which is to either return my LAPTOP repaired or replace it with a new laptop. Instead they sent me an inferior product that is used and damaged.

I won't say much. Just don't buy from this company Metro Business Systems. You have been warned.
