Asprey of London Watches
In central London in 1781, William Asprey founded a small company that boasted, "…articles of exclusive design and high quality, whether for personal adornment or personal accompaniment… [for] people of refinement and discernment." It took nearly century for this ambitious statement to be proven true, but 1862 saw the company garner the first of many regal awards for craftsmanship: That year, Queen Victoria awarded the company its first Royal Warrant for its dressing cases. Since then, Asprey has held a Royal Warrant for every British monarch that has taken the throne. The company has expanded its reach to include the crafting of fine jewellery, timepieces, handbags, and engagement rings—all made with the same care and detailing as those original dressing cases. These fine goods have graced the homes and limbs of American newspaper tycoons, Maharajahs, and even Hollywood film stars—Asprey of London's artisans crafted the infamous Coeur de la Mer necklace made famous in Titanic.
These men’s and unisex watches, which hail from the No. 8 collection, tick with the same time-tested craftsmanship and detail-oriented design that made Asprey of London a luxury brand. The stainless-steel hands are protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and the watch secures to your wrist with a sumptuous calf-leather band and the binding ties of timeless tradition.
