Q:

I would like the frosted cover and not the white, since there is no option for a dark gray or black. Black would be ideal, if you can make them available. So when will the frosted be available again? Can these be backordered? Or can a black one be purchased? Darnell R.

Darnell R.  asked on  Nov 14, 2012

A:

Thanks for your question Darnell. Sorry, but the color options for this offer are limited to what you see listed on Groupon.

Q:

If Groupon is promoting that it's free shipping and returns, why does the fine print say $2 will be added for shipping?

Mandi L.  asked on  Nov 13, 2012

A:

Hi Mandi! Sorry for the confusion. Right now we are offering free shipping and returns on any orders $15 or over. This item is $9, so the $2 shipping fee would apply. If you purchase two cases (they must be in one order) you would then be eligible for the free shipping and free returns.

Q:

Does the case provide a lip that passes the front cover of the phone? In other words, does the case protrude past the front screen or does it stop before the screen when viewed from the side? This is important as this provides protection from cracking the screen upon a hard drop on a front corner.

Stanley C.  asked on  Nov 12, 2012

A:

As part of super thin design profile, it would end up on the same plane. The face of screen would touch the surface. A screen protector is advised, which is also included in this offer.
