Q:

Trying to buy two , 1 in black and 1 in white? How do I submit this to get free shipping?

Kathleen M.  asked on  Mar 21, 2013

A:

Currently, out system only allows to purchase different options in separate transactions. A $2.99 shipping fee would apply per option if under $15 for that option. We're very sorry for any inconvenience!

More Questions and Answers

Q:

It says that you can order three and even two more as a gift. But my form only has "1" and no area to increase the order. Are we now limited to only one?

Anne  asked on  Mar 25, 2013

A:

If you are purchasing multiple units of the same exact option, just update the quantity. If you are purchasing different options, you must make a separate order for each option.

Q:

"You cannot order multiple colors within the same option. To qualify for free shipping, you can purchase multiple units of the same color within the same order. Patrick S. answered 3 days, 22 hours, and 47 minutes ago" OK I will buy 1 L nude and 1 XL nude how do I submit the order to get the free shipping.

Christine R.  asked on  Mar 25, 2013

A:

My apologies for the confusion my previous incorrect answer has caused! You can actually only qualify for free shipping if you purchase multiple units of the same exact option (i.e. same color and size).

Our system is not set up to allow multiple options to be purchased within the same order. As of right now, the system cannot be changed. We thank you for your feedback and can assure you that it is being forwarded along.

Q:

Does the shaper push your breasts flat? Some of these shapers do and they can be very uncomfortable.

Thesvy C.  asked on  Mar 23, 2013

A:

No it does not. That is the beauty of the "torset" it does not flatten the bust because it is cut out in that area and allows you to wear your own bra.

Q:

I would like to see a picture of the back as this would be very important in my decision.

Debbie R.  asked on  Mar 23, 2013

A:

My apologies for the delay! Unfortunately, we do not have an image of the back. The back neckline is a scoop neck that drops approximately 4 ½ inches from the shoulder seam to the lowest point of the scoop.

Q:

Do they have any that come with a zipper? These are extremely difficult to get on and off.

Catherine C.  asked on  Mar 23, 2013

A:

I am sorry but we are not currently offering an option with a zipper.

Q:

The description includes this sentence: "The long length and stay-put hem work together to keep the top in place beneath light blouses and clingy chainmail suits." What is a chainmail suit? I thought that was what knights wore - I think that might be uncomfortable, don't you? Truly, what on earth do you folks mean by chainmail suit?

anna m.  asked on  Mar 23, 2013

A:

Chainmail suit was a reference to what knights wear and it was just a little bit of Groupon humor. Sorry for the confusion!

Q:

So I have to pay for shipping TWICE to order one in black and one in nude?...

Terinee B.  asked on  Mar 23, 2013

A:

If you would like to purchase 2 different options then you will need to place 2 separate orders and you will not qualify for free shipping.

Q:

what is the description of the back of garment? Is this to be worn with your own bra?

Carrie P.  asked on  Mar 21, 2013

A:

The back neckline is a scoop neck that drops approximately 4 ½ inches from the shoulder seam to the lowest point of the scoop. Yes, you must wear this with your own bra. In the images, the bra is in another color to demonstrate how low the torset is in the front.
