I am an athlete and work out 6 days a week... Even for someone like me, this workout can be challenging. Although some people are annoyed by Billy's constant counting, I enjoy knowing how many more reps I have and it helps to keep me going. Overall, I love the workouts and the use of the bands. However, I am shorter so the bands don't seem to have as much stretch (resistance) for me personally. Some of the DVD's are also very similar to one another. Either way, Billy's workouts are challenging and fun. I would recommend to moderate to advanced levels.
I LOVE BILLY! Super motivational guy. I have only done a couple of the workouts so far, but really like them! I think once I learn the moves more, it will get easier to push harder. The bands really add to the workout too!
