Q:

I went to OnePlay and tried to redeem the Groupon code. After mandatory registration process; I am finally at the checkout stage that shows my order: Discount: -100% Total price including discount: $ 0.00 Total in $: $ 0.00 But it still wants me to enter credit card information before I can proceed. And when I try to "pay" with PayPal, it tries to charge me additional $1. Is this a legitimate site or is it a scam? If it's legit, why do they need CC info when Groupon was paid in full and the total is $0.00?

Diana W.  asked on  May 16, 2013

A:

Dear Diana, Thank you for your question. First of all we are NOT a scam site. When registering with Oneplay you will need to use a valid credit card and your Groupon code. Remember to use this link too: http://www.oneplay.com/grouponbioshock We do not charge you $1, we reserve $1, this is to verify your account. The $1 will be released on your account again. Thank you for choosing Oneplay. Happy Gaming.

Q:

I just got my confirmation email, but it says the product is out of stock. Does this mean they are out of game keys or something? Am I now going to have to wait for the codes to come back into stock (which it says could take from 2 to 10 days), or is an activation key going to be emailed to me sooner than that?

Q:

I just entered the info and everything, code and all, confirmed order etc. But now it's saying that the email 'ships' after the game is released? Which I know it already has... And that the orders spend 1 to 5 days in processing? Do I have to wait for it to process before I get the email with the redeem code in it? Because I have not gotten one yet.
