Q:

Will I have to pay shipping twice if I buy a pair of each size?

Kathy W.  asked on  Feb 1, 2013

A:

If purchasing 2 different sizes, the purchases need to be made in separate transactions and you will have to pay the $2.99 flat shipping rate for each transaction. At this time, it's not possible to combine orders for two different purchase options. However, you can purchase multiple pairs of the same size in the same transaction for $2.99 shipping. If you order 3 pairs of the same size, shipping would be free because your transaction would be over $15.

That means I have to pay 2 time for shipping? Is this correct

A $2.99 flat-rate shipping fee will be charged at checkout for each option. That means that if you're ordering 2 different sizes, you'll pay in separate transactions and will pay $2.99 for shipping for each transaction.

Q:

Who is the vendor for these earrings? The reason I ask is, ordering a pair of earrings is what made me never order from Half Off Depot again, and I don't want to order jewelry that comes from Jewelery Country, Sugarloaf Parkway, near Atlanta. They sent defective earrings and never replaced them or sent my refund. Half Off Depot still hasn't issued a refund and it has been 6 months. I am leary of these jewelery offers. Where is it coming from?

Gt  asked on  Jan 31, 2013

A:

Goods are sold by Groupon Goods.
