Q:

Down is washable and feathers are not. Is this down, and if so why is it not washable?

Raemah L.  asked on  Oct 3, 2012

A:

After a number of washes, the fabric loses its downproofness and can start to leak down. This is why we dry clean.

Q:

Hello! How ''thin'' is this comforter? Specifically the King Size? I would love to buy but am wanting a thicker down comforter and don't see any images that show the specific size, just colors of each option.

Ashlee H.  asked on  Oct 3, 2012

A:

Hi Ashlee, This is on the light to medium side, but if you want a really fluffy comforter, than get one with a fill rating of 650 and up with a medium to warm rating. This will give you what you are looking for.

Q:

It does not currently list which sizes / colors are available- I have to keep selecting a size and color option only to learn that its sold out. Can you let me know which colors are still available in the queen and king sizes please

Erin C.  asked on  Oct 3, 2012

A:

Hi Erin! Sorry for the confusion! If you click the "Buy" button, you should see all of the available options listed. If a particular option is sold out, it will be marked as so on that list. You can also view this list by clicking here.
