Level 1 or easy (purple ball) is quite difficult to use for my hand strength at this point. I had a cast on my left hand for dislocated middle and ring finger with surgical intervention for 3 weeks. 6 weeks later I'm not trying to rehab the contracture. Will keep working at it and get this left hand back to normal and even stronger this time!

Just got it, but so far I love it! I got the 9” diameter, it not too big or too small, it’s just perfect size. It took the whole ice tray and could hold a lot more, not that you need it. Feels like good quality and far its water tight. I used it on my ankle and it was easy to put where I wanted it to be and it stayed. I like how the top is a handle also so my hands don’t freeze trying to hold it

I purchased the larg Ice bag for my husband who just had shoulder surgery. This bag is flexable and the ice does not become one big ice cube. It is a great product!!!!

My neuromuscular massage therapist suggested i get this to help with hand pain. There are 3 different levels. It works.
