Q:

I want to buy a purple and black one. How can I do that in one order?

Mechelle T.  asked on  Jan 18, 2014

A:

We have a fancy new shopping cart feature that you can use to purchase different Groupon Goods items in one transaction. That way, you can buy items across different deals or deal options in order to qualify for free shipping.

Just click the "Buy!" button like you normally would and the item will be added to your cart. Then, you can check out, click "Continue Shopping" to find other deals you're interested in, or click on the deal link to return to the deal to choose another option. You can also click on the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right corner to view your cart and make any changes to your order. Once you're ready to complete your purchase, just click "Proceed To Checkout" from your cart and fill in the rest of your information.

The shopping cart is currently unavailable for use on the mobile app or mobile site, and can only be used to purchase Groupon Goods deals; but we hope to expand the use of this feature in the future. Thanks for your understanding.

Q:

I do understand that the unit does not require a chest strap. My question was how the monitor picks up the heart rate without a chest strap. Do you need to touch your finger tips to the monitor? Or some other method?

Scott R.  asked on  Jan 18, 2014

A:

Sorry for the confusion. In order for the watch to read your pulse, you must place your thumb and index fingers on the pulse buttons.

More Questions and Answers

Q:

How many times do you have to press the buttons in and how long does it take to check your heart rate?

Terese C.  asked on  Jan 22, 2014

A:

A single press of a button will take you to the pulse rate reader. The initial reading time will vary but often gives reading within 1-10 seconds.

Q:

What material is the band made of? Does this have a 1 year warranty? If it is water resistant to 100 meters, why can it NOT be used for diving at say 40 m?

Aaron B.  asked on  Jan 21, 2014

A:

The band is a rubber type strap with metal buckle. The watch is water resistant up to 100 ft, not 100 meters. This is why it is not recommended that you use it while diving.

Please see the information on the page here; regarding warranties.

Is there any way you can update the presentation to actually show the pulse rate on the watch in a different window? Does the screen update the pulse rate every 10 seconds and then the result would change the led screen? How exactly does it show the pulse rate?
