Yes, you can use any oven approved cupcake liners that fit in the cavity. We recommend the mini silicone liners that work particulary well. Regarding recipes, yes there are a few basic recipes to get you started. The unit is also compatable with any store bought mix...

Is the brownie maker only made to work with 110 volts, or will it also work in a country with 220 volts?

The treat makers are all 110 volt use only with the included plug. If you have a current converter that handles the conversion from 110 to 220 volts this would allow for use in the desired country.

Does the small planet mini donut maker come with a recipe or recipes to make the donuts? If not then are there at least directions from a packaged mix ? I couldn't read where it talked about any recipes !

Any store bought cake mix can be used to make the cake style donuts & there are several recipes included if you would prefer to make the treats from scratch.
