This is great if you have a sore muscle as it acts as a tens machine. However, if you plan to use for the abs to tone muscle, it’s not great. When you increase the dial it feels more like a shock and actually hurts forcing you to turn it down. Would be great if the company supplied belts and arm band to hold these in place. Love how there are no wires attached .

The abdominal stimulator stopped working the same day I got it after only a few uses. I believe there’s an issue with the gel stickers that attach to your body. I’m unimpressed as I believe the product could give some results, it just is very poor quality.

It doesnt work I have tried many batteries. Also i cannot find a return label or anyone to help me either. Very frustrating experience.

I teceived this and two of the three battery power packs don’t work. If I had to do it again I would not purchase these. Very disappointed in this product
