Q:

I'm having the same problem as others who have stated that they keep getting an error at the checkout stating that the coupon cannot be combined with other special offers. I even tried using it for the bouquets specifically listed in the Groupon. Is there a solution for this yet?

A:

We are working through the issue and will have it resolved soon - we expect in the next few hours. We are sorry about the inconvenience.

Q:

Hello, Is there a way of finding out shipping/delivery charge to destination? It seems like you need to put in credit card info ..... I tried doing it from postal code but no luck. I'm not ordering flowers if I don't know the shipping charge first. Thanks

Gail M.  asked on  Feb 6, 2013

A:

Sorry for the inconvenience, but you need to walk through the check out process to see the final charge. You can still cancel your order at that point, if you choose.

Q:

I tried to submit an order for the flowers suggested on the Groupon page (Item #C12-4792, linked as "Sweet Surprises bouquet" http://gr.pn/13HZdpd) but get an error on the billing page of "Your promotional code cannot be combined with other special offers. See restrictions for details." I can not see any applicable restrictions in the (very) small print on the product page and I am not benefiting from any other special offers. What do I need to do to make your system accept my Groupon for the product suggested on the Groupon page? Note that I have already reviewed the instructions at http://www.ftd.ca/redeem-my-ftd-groupon-voucher-ctg/product-instructions-groupon/. If the Groupon is in fact only valid for certain products, please provide a list of those products.

Q:

My address is 64 de la Planète in Gatineau, Québec. Do you deliver flowers in that city and for the Valentine's day?

Pascal L.  asked on  Feb 5, 2013

A:

We have florists thoughout Canada. The best way to confirm that we will deliver to that address is to select the product you want and enter the postal code and our system will confirm availability. Hope that helps.
