Q:

Can I use most brands of cleansers or microdermabrasion creams or do I have to solely use the ProSonic brand?

Sandra F.  asked on  Dec 1, 2012

A:

Hi Sandra! You can use any brand of cleanser or cream with the ProSonic. You should know that this deal includes a free 1 ounce cleanser and 1 ounce microdermabrasion cream and if you want to purchase this specific brand you can do so on the Prosonic Beauty site.

Q:

Is this the NEWLY IMPROVED model or is it the OLDER ProSonic model that users (on their website) complained that it breaks down after a few weeks of use?

Terence L.  asked on  Nov 27, 2012

A:

The ProSonic for this deal is the new and improved model. As this is a newly improved second generation version of the ProSonic, defects are very unlikely to occur as each unit has been machine-tested and stress tested and the battery life has been extended, the motor is more powerful, and you should not encounter any issues. You should also know that those defects you read about are rare and have occurred in less than 1% of the units for the older model of ProSonic.

Q:

What is the difference between this product and the Sonic Express Product also on a groupon recently though 20.00 cheaper...

sara  asked on  Nov 27, 2012

A:

The ProSonic System is a newly improved version with a high frequency brush that spins and pulsates whereas it looks like the Sonic Express brush moves at half rotations (it oscillates). Also, the ProSonic system comes with a free cleanser and microdermabrasion cream and the Sonic Express does not. The ProSonic also has more color options and a higher-quality finish. They both are good brushes so it's up to you on what you prefer.

Q:

Will the charger work anywhere in the world, with a universal adapter? If I am travelling and want to take the Prosonic with me, I would like to know if I'll be able to charge it.

Samantha R.  asked on  Nov 27, 2012

A:

The universal charger can work in any country, although you will need to use it with an adapter that works in your local area.

Q:

The greater # of times the bristles move per second, the less abrasive to your skin(300 times per second is good) I'm wondering how many times per second the ProSonic moves.

Brenda R.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

The ProSonic system is a high-frequency brush that spins at hundreds of times per minute and has 3 variable speeds for sensitive skin, normal skin (faster), and body speed.

Q:

I have read some reviews stating that the product stops working after several weeks. Is the manufacturer warranty valid if purchased from this merchant? If yes how long is the manufacturer's warranty?

David R.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

The ProSonic system is backed by a one year warranty for any defects so if you encounter an issue they will address, troubleshoot, and replace the unit if needed. The warranty is provided with the system along with the manufacturer’s contact information (you can also go to the PROSONIC BEAUTY website). As this is a newly improved second generation version of the ProSonic, defects are very unlikely to occur as each unit has been machine-tested and stress tested and the battery life has been extended, the motor is more powerful, and you should not encounter any issues.
