You can ship this to an alternative address as long as it is not a PO Box.

Q:

hi, I read through the questions but still confused. It seems you are selling the disc version here, but at the same time in the product description you write "TOTALe" which in my understanding is NOT the disc version but the 12month online learning tool. Which one is really being offered here? Thanks!

Phyllis  asked on  Mar 11, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion! This is a special offer for Groupon customers and is not listed on the Rosetta stone site. You will receive the discs and a 3 month online subscription.

Q:

Hi there, I've read through the promo ad on the deal offer page as well all the questions. I am a bit confused as to the 3 month on line access however. Could you explain this feature in a bit more detail yet in simple terms please? What I am ultimately looking for is software from which I can (AT MY PACE) learn a new language of choice and go back as needed to review. Is this the software capable of delivering this to me?

Dennis W.  asked on  Mar 9, 2013

A:

Yes, the online feature is simply a three month subscription (available with this offer) allows one user (13+) access to the mobile tools, coaching sessions, and online gaming community. The discs are yours forever, and can be used after the subscription is over.

Mark L.  asked on  Mar 11, 2013

Q:

I have bee unable to find comprehensive Rosetta Stone language packages in retail outlets that have levels 1-4. They usually have levels 1-5. Is it possible to purchase level 5 by itself?

Carl L.  asked on  Mar 9, 2013

A:

I do not believe you can purchase level 5 by itself at this time.

Q:

I noticed on Amazon and Barnes and Noble that some of the Rosetta packages are reduced because they are an old version from either 2008 and 2009. Are we being given the newer versions or are you reducing the old versions. This is really important since I have what is called an old version of German because it was purchased several years ago. I need to know what year versions you are offering. Thank you.

Carol V.  asked on  Mar 9, 2013

A:

Version 4 is their most up to date version.
